Christmas Delivery & Opening Hours
- Cut off for pre-Christmas despatch is 12pm Monday 23rd December 2024 (subject to stock & cleared payment etc. Please however bear in mind that some items are ordered from the supplier and so may not be available for immediate despatch)
If we spot any issues, we will always contact you. - Unfortunately we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery so if you need your order to arrive before Xmas or a certain date, you will be away over the festive period and want us to delay despatch or you need some more information, please give us a call before placing the order. That way we can check stock and see what delivery options are available and give you a personalised answer. We will try our best to help!
- For any orders despatched from us before Christmas, the carriers may attempt delivery over the festive period. If you will be closed, please mention this when ordering to avoid the parcel being returned to us.
- Any orders placed on/after Midday on Monday 23rd December will be processed on 2nd January 2025 and therefore most likely arrive from the 3rd Jan onwards depending on the service used/stock.
- If you are a business ordering and are closed differing hours to us, then please mention in the comments when ordering, for example if you don’t reopen till later in January, we can hold your order for a couple of days to avoid failed delivery attempts.
