Funkypen.co.uk is still accepting orders as we are an online only retailer but due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and government restrictions, we are running at reduced capacity.

Stock levels and availability of products may be reduced due to the supply chain issues and closures, especially as time passes. We will try to keep our website updated and of course contact you if your order if affected.

We also ask that you allow a little longer for your order to arrive. We will try to provide tracking information where necessary. Please bear in mind couriers and delivery drivers have their own procedures to follow and so parcels may be left safe/outside. We strongly advise that customers advise of a’’ leave safe place’’ in the comments section of their order.

During this period, we will not be quoting on nor accepting custom cut board orders.

No staff members are showing signs of Covid-19 nor have been into contact with anyone displaying symptoms.
This situation is ever changing and we want to do what we can to help stop the spread.
Therefore from 24/03/20, there will only be a minimum number of staff in the office Monday to Friday and at reduced hours.

Because of the reduced capacity, we politely request all customers email through any queries to sales@funkypen.co.uk during this time rather than phoning. We will endeavour to respond within 24 hours during the week.
